Designed and produced by legendary big-bass angler Satan Shimada, the ADUSTA Barbatos is a shallow-running giant bait engineered to handle high-speed retrieves. Its stock SF Lip reduces reel tension while producing a wide, hard-swimming action that triggers violent reaction strikes. Built with exceptional deflection and weedless characteristics, the Barbatos bites into hard cover bouncing off wood and rock to trigger strikes from even the wariest, pressure-stressed trophy fish.
Thanks to a modular design system, anglers can swap in optional aftermarket parts to fine-tune the bait’s action and diving depth for any water column, season, or condition.

Quattro Eye
Engineered without limitations, the Quattro-Eye system gives anglers absolute freedom to fine-tune their setup for peak performance on the water. Designed specifically to interface with ADUSTA aftermarket accessories, this four-line-eye layout lets you dial in the ideal swimming action for any scenario.
When running the stock SF Lip, tying to the top line eye delivers the baseline presentation. Moving your line down to the lower eyes increases body roll and sharpens action response on slow retrieves. Because each optional custom lip changes the hydrodynamics of the bait, the Quattro-Eye system lets you precise-match your line tie position to your target depth and retrieve speed.
ADUSTA's Unique Variable Lip System
The Barbatos features a one-of-a-kind swimbait housing designed to change the lip placement directly from the body. Unlike traditional interchangeable lips that only alter shape, this system changes the leverage point itself. The factory-installed SF Lip serves as Satan Shimada's personal baseline setup, allowing anglers to burn this giant swimbait through shallow water without heavy reel drag or fatigue. Its wide-profile lip design throws a hard, distinct swimming action while offering exceptional cover deflection when crashing through structure. Specially built for aggressive shoreline power-fishing, the SF Lip runs true in target depths under 5 feet (1.5 m). Recommended Setup: For standard performance, tie line to the top eye of the Quattro-Eye system.
LS TAIL

FP TAIL

Product Overview The FP Tail uses an underbody keel fin to control the lure's rolling body motion. Designed with customizable cut ridges, anglers can modify the swimming action on the fly by trimming the fin with scissors. Running the tail straight out of the package delivers a tight, high-frequency swimming action. Trimming the fin completely off releases maximum body kick, switching the bait into an aggressive, wide-wobbling presentation.
Pro Tuning Note: The FP Tail is also the optimal setup when performing blade-tuning modifications on the Barbatos.
MPU TAIL

Short for Metal Parts Unit, the MPU Tail features a custom spinner blade rig mounted directly into a durable, screw-eye-compatible semi-soft material. Swapping the factory tail for the MPU Tail dramatically reduces diving depth, converting your Barbatos into a ultra-shallow runner. Hydrodynamically, the rear blade lift and drag shift the lure's movement into a tight, heavy body roll. This added lift keeps the bait completely stable during super high-speed burn retrieves, running true without blowing out or rolling over even on the burn.
