Overcomes all the flaws that plagued conventional sinking pencils: lacking action at slow speeds, breaking action at high speeds, and difficulty maintaining the strike zone. Even on a dead-slow retrieve, it maintains a horizontal posture while holding its depth in the shallow range. Its floating, anti-gravity-like swimming action sets it apart from any other sinking pencil on the market. To secure a casting distance comparable to heavy-weight sinking pencils, we inherited the body shape and weight balance know-how developed from the Zelfas 133F, adopting high-specific-gravity tungsten weights. This achieved a maximum casting distance of 89m. The 115mm size accommodates both small and large baitfish profiles. It serves as a highly versatile multi-target lure across all fisheries, including surf, estuaries, and large river systems. The Lagra is a sinking pencil that doesn't just "reach the spot"—it drifts, entices, and triggers aggressive bites.
