CRANKURI A high-speed, current-conquering shallow crankbait designed to track straight and maintain its hard-thumping action in heavy river flows without blowing out. It employs a slow-floating setting that makes it easy for fish to inhale without feeling any unease. The rattle sound inside the body synchronizes with the action, Tuned with a slow-floating buoyancy profile that targets can effortlessly inhale. It attracts target fish and induces reaction bites even in tough conditions.

  • Ultra-High-Pitch Tight Wobble Action: Simply cast and retrieve. Whether working dead water or burning through raging currents, this bait maintains flawless swimming stability to trigger strikes.

  • Perfect Size Profile: Highly effective size optimization, tailored specifically for Perch and Chub.

Quote: "A small spark makes a great fire." Meaning: Even the smallest things hold the power to create a massive impact—representing the immense strength and hidden potential packed into this micro-crankbait.

The CRANKURI is a compact shallow-runner crankbait that takes the performance required for European chub fishing and refines it through precise Japanese lure engineering. Specially designed to track straight and maintain its posture even in strong river currents, this bait delivers a highly stable, ultra-high-pitch tight wobble action on a straight retrieve. Despite its downsized body, it boasts exceptional casting performance to accurately target weary fish holding deep in heavy currents.

RESULTS

Ultra-High-Pitch Tight Wobble Action

_89A1275.JPG

The defining feature of the CRANKURI is its ultra-high-pitch tight wobble action, which generates a fine, fast vibration.

The custom-designed thin lip slices through water resistance instantly, ensuring quick startups on the cast and reliable swimming stability in both still water and swift river currents. This action transmits clear, crisp feedback directly to the rod tip, allowing anglers to effortlessly read the lure’s vibration and track its depth.

While it features the fat profile of a traditional crankbait, it produces a high-frequency action reminiscent of a small lipless vibration bait—maintaining a commanding presence in the current to trigger reactions from distant predators.

High-Density Castability: 4g Packed into a 35mm Body

_89A1275(1).jpg

The CRANKURI concentrates a heavy 4g weight into a compact 35mm profile.

Typically, achieving this weight class requires a larger body size. To maintain a bite-sized silhouette that fish can confidently inhale while maximizing casting distance, ADUSTA fully overhauled the internal structure, weight distribution, and body capacity.

This high-density engineering unlocks access to distant, high-pressure targets previously out of reach with standard ultra-light cranks. Anglers can now deliver a bite-sized presentation straight into main-river currents, far-bank structure, and submerged rock piles where educated fish hide. This practical design offers exceptional casting performance on both spinning gear and baitfinesse (BFS) setups.

Slow-Floating Buoyancy for Enhanced Cover Evasion and Hookups

Rather than a true suspending setup, the CRANKURI is precisely tuned to be a slow-floating crankbait.

Standard crankbaits use their lip to bump structure like rocks and blowdowns, deflecting and floating upward when paused to avoid snagging. The CRANKURI preserves this essential cover-evasion capability while dialing in a near-suspending buoyancy to optimize the bite window.

When pressured or cautious fish target a small lure, they often bite with a weak, shallow inhale. The slow-floating balance minimizes underwater resistance, making it incredibly easy for predators to fully suck the lure into their mouths even with the lightest strike. This precise buoyancy offers the perfect sweet spot between deflection efficiency and high hookup ratios.

Brass Rattle for Distinct Acoustic Appeal

The CRANKURI is equipped with a premium internal brass rattle.

In micro-crankbaits, the weight and placement of a rattle chamber can easily ruin the lure's swimming action.

To prevent this, ADUSTA engineered a fully fixed main weight to secure absolute swimming stability, then seamlessly integrated a brass rattle tuned to the bait’s movement.

Even during high-speed retrieves, the lure maintains its upright posture while emitting a rhythmic, acoustic rattle sound that helps predators track and target the bait in heavy current or turbid water conditions.

Optimized Hardware for Ultimate Hooking Performance

The CRANKURI comes standard with BKK 6062 SS treble hooks. Featuring an ultra-smooth fluorinated coating for maximum penetration, this hook configuration is meticulously tuned to pin short-striking fish.

During early development stages, smaller hooks were initially used to prioritize buoyancy and raw action. However, by refining the internal architecture and balancing the weight distribution, ADUSTA successfully carved out the room to upgrade to a larger hook size without sacrificing performance. This breakthrough combines excellent tracking stability at high speeds with phenomenal hook-setting power.

On a small lure, a millimeter of difference in hook size alters everything. The CRANKURI represents the ultimate convergence of action, buoyancy, deflection capabilities, and hookup efficiency.

Field-Proven Development Mindset Born in Europe

The development of the CRANKURI sparked from a direct dialogue with ADUSTA’s distributor in Bulgaria.

Across Bulgaria and greater Europe, chub fishing is immensely popular, making 4cm-class crankbaits an indispensable tool in every angler's box. ADUSTA thoroughly analyzed real-world field conditions and competitive market offerings to engineer a micro-crank that is easier to handle and more effective at coaxing finicky fish into biting.

It tracks flawlessly through heavy currents, casts exceptional distances, and preserves the classic deflection properties of a true crankbait—all while offering a bite-sized silhouette and a highly calculated buoyancy profile. The CRANKURI fuses European field experience with time-tested Japanese lure design technology to deliver a next-generation shallow crankbait.

ADUSTA DESIGN: Where Character Meets Realism

The CRANKURI transcends basic, generic baitfish imitation.

Its unique profile shares the organic look of a tadpole, a juvenile baitfish, or even the charming silhouette of a round goldfish. ADUSTA has paired this approachable aesthetic with highly realistic scale patterns, 3D molded gill plates, and oversized, expressive eyes.

Our philosophy centers on breathing life into forms derived directly from pure performance. By maximizing functional utility and infusing the shape with distinct personality, we create lures that anglers develop a genuine connection to. The CRANKURI is built not just to catch fish, but to be an iconic piece of tackle that leaves a lasting impression from the moment you hold it.
